1 credit processes 1 image
A credit is used only when a background removal successfully returns a PNG result.
Failed attempts do not use credits
Unsupported files, oversized files, server errors, upstream failures, and timeouts do not deduct credits.
Credits follow the billing period
Free credits refresh by calendar month. Creator and Pro credits last 30 days from purchase.
Extra credits expire with the current period
The $3.99 add-on adds 10 credits to your active billing period without changing your plan.
Re-processing uses another credit
Running the same image again creates a new result and uses 1 more credit when successful.
Downloads are free
Downloading a finished transparent PNG from the current result does not use additional credits.
Credits stay with your account
Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined across multiple accounts.

What happens when I run out of credits?
You can buy 10 extra credits for $3.99 to continue the current period, or choose a higher plan for a new 30-day period.
When do Creator and Pro expire?
Creator and Pro last 30 days from the purchase time. For example, a plan bought on August 29 stays active until September 28, not just until the end of August.
What happens after a paid plan expires?
If there is no renewal or new purchase, the account automatically returns to the Free plan and uses the Free monthly allowance.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits expire at the end of the current billing period.
Do extra credits roll over?
No. Extra credits are valid only for the current billing period and expire when that period ends.
When is a credit deducted?
Only after Cutly successfully returns a transparent PNG result from the background removal process.
Can I download the same result more than once?
Yes. Downloads from the generated result do not use extra credits.
